Chronology of events:

The plane flew to Skopje for a load of fans, which was intended for sale in Ukraine. The flight took place during the day. On the flyby of the beacon VOR Skopje, being on the scheme of call, the crew changed course so as not to enter the storm front. The flight continued with the course of 230 degrees, which led to the mountainous region, although it was necessary to continue the flight with the established scheme of approach to the 34 strip by the course of 163 degrees.
