Chronology of events:

Takeoff at Irkutsk airport was made in 11: 59 local time from the 30 band. At an altitude of 4000 m after 3 minutes 45 seconds from take-off in the climb, non-localized destruction of the starter of the second engine No. 2 took place, which did not shut down after the engine was started and continued to operate at high speeds (greater than 40000 rpm) with open air intake cranes. The rotating disk that flew out of the turbine starter housing hit the SU and engine compartment area, damaged the oil, air, fuel lines of the second engine and hydraulic components, struck the rear combustion chamber casing and out of the engine. Stopping the supply to the fuel injectors due to the destruction of the fuel lines caused the engine to stop. There was a fire in the engine compartment, which was fueled by leaky fuel and lubricants when there was air supply to the combustion zone under pressure due to the destruction of the rear cover of the combustion chamber. After detecting the activation of the fire alarm in the engine, the crew switched off the second engine and applied all the lines of the fire extinguishing system. These actions did not cause the liquidation of the fire, after that the commander decided to hold at the departure aerodrome an emergency landing with a take-off course. When approaching, a complete refusal of the booster control of the aircraft took place due to the depressurization of the mains, which are laid in the compartment of the second engine of all three hydraulic systems, which are caused by fire and non-localized destruction of the air starter. By all measures taken to maintain pressure in the hydraulic systems, the crew did not manage to prevent the advance of the emergency situation. The second pilot in 12: 07: 40 reported that there was a complete loss of control. The plane in 12: 08: 38 collided with the ground and with the premises of a cattle farm in the village of Mamonah in 15 km to the northeast of the airport, collapsed completely and burned in part. In the collision with the ground, the instrument speed was 510 km / h, the vertical speed was 2-4 m / s, the pitch angle was 3-5 degrees, the trajectory angle was -1-2, there was a slight right roll. The farm building collapsed. The farm worker and a couple of dozen cows were killed. The debris was scattered over a length of 400 m.
