Chronology of events:

The crew made a charter flight Pardubice - Vnukovo. In this composition the crew made flight for the first time. The commission notes that during the flight to Pardubice, the KBC allowed rough treatment to the second pilot, with a huge amount of obscene language, which caused quite a tense atmosphere and nervousness in the cockpit. During the landing in Pardubice, at an increased speed, errors in the piloting technique of the commander led to the separation of the aircraft from the strip and to the next landing with great overload. At the same time, the commander, without analyzing the situation, accused the entire crew member, apparently, of the flight engineer, of everything. The consequence of this behavior of the commander was the emotional tense situation in the crew and there was, possibly, a conflict situation. This fact, apparently, contributed to the lack of normal interaction between crew members during the return flight to Vnukovo.

The flight from Pardubice carried out without passengers and cargo on board. The approach was carried out on the runway-19 (length - 3060 m) Vnukovo airport. Active piloting carried FAC.

During preplant preparation KBC continued to communicate with a second pilot to use a rough profanity that led to nervousness in the crew. The Commission notes that during the flight the commander was unable to organize properly the work of the crew, management crew was at a low level, which, together with the above listed deficiencies in training and psychological stress situation, which was to create a style of communication commander predetermined erroneous actions emergency flight crew and its inability to address the situation that has developed after the increase in the direct thrust and non-reversible device.
