For more than two weeks, I can not contact a company representative to obtain information about the delivery of my lost luggage. A company specializing in distribution of tickets, responsibility does not take. I did not understand. What do I do, so impression of the company there are not the best.

The other day I was able to fly low-cost airlines in India - and here are my impressions :)
I flew from Delhi to Goa. Check-in takes place independently, but close to the terminals are airline employees, who will be happy to help you register for the flight. (I have not yet had time to look into the airport, I looked around, and they've offered to help). Next you need to drop off your luggage. A very large part, and many Indians with a lot of luggage (when traveling Indians or Chinese, it seems that they move and take with them the whole house). But there is the possibility of rapid delivery of luggage for a fee, it is worth Rs 2100.
Next, board the bus and plane. Very quickly implemented. They surprised me their ladders, usually a normal straight ladder, but then zigzag. Meaning of course, I did not understand. But a very interesting idea. Maybe to turn stood on the ladder, but not about the plane? :)
Aircraft A-320, purest! Inside, cleanliness! In the pocket of the chair are a menu where you can choose your snacks (do not forget, it loukost, and the food is paid). Flight attendants are all perfect - hair to hair, neat makeup and constant friendly smile!
