CROSS TRACK

Transverse direction (a rate) for 90 degrees from the intended track of the aircraft. For example, the lateral direction distance is the distance (vector) from the intended track, measured under 90 degrees to the line of the flight path.

CROSS-CHANNEL

CROSS-CHANNELS, electrical wire (s) connecting one system to another, for example, like FCC "A" system to FCC "B".

Ringing, an internal connection between the fuel pipe for supplying fuel from one part to the adjacent aircraft engine or from one part to another.
