Refer a friend to pilots       

  -Your airline has a lot of interesting marketing moves. One of these moves is "Bring a friend to the pilots". As far as I know, during this program, you come to 35 pilots. Are you satisfied with this result?

 Unfortunately, the action did not give the effect we expected. We proceeded from the fact that we still pay third-party companies for searching for pilots. Why should we pay to outsiders if our pilots could bring their friends to our airline. But for some reason, this does not always work. Again affects the shortage of pilots. They simply do not have.

From the point of view of solving problems in the industry, this does not solve anything. Rather, it aggravates. At the expense of big money, we are removing a pilot from another airline that cannot pay him so much. This is probably wrong. This is our forced step, as we are rapidly developing. Therefore, we are not very keen on this program.
