“A lot of mistakes have been made. As a military man, I understand all this, what they are fraught with, these mistakes. But at the same time, it doesn’t come out of the subconscious: we must win,” the politician said.

Therefore, he is sure, if Russia does not win, it will face the realization of the enemy's idea, namely, "destruction and dismemberment." “Therefore, we cannot be weak by definition,” Rutskoi concluded.
