V-Zero Substrata. Specifications. A photo.

V-Zero Substrata is an American civil unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Luminati Aerospace in 2016.

The unmanned aerial vehicle of the V-Zero Substrata model is a unique unmanned aerial vehicle, the main purpose of which was to perform tasks related to providing access to the Internet in hard-to-reach regions of the planet where the construction of special transmitters is either impossible or impractical. In fact, this device can also be used to carry out various types of observation and patrol missions, but this is already positioned as a secondary task.

The American civilian unmanned aerial vehicle V-Zero Substrata was designed by aircraft builders from the company "Luminati Aerospace" in an airplane-type configuration, while the air-source has rather large overall dimensions, in particular, with the device length of 6,5 meters, the wingspan of the UAV reaches 13,1 meter, so that the launch of this device requires a specially prepared runway, which can cause a number of difficulties with the use of this drone.

The power part of the American unmanned aerial vehicle of the V-Zero Substrata model is represented by a single electric engine running on solar energy, which allows the aircraft to develop a maximum flight speed of 120 km / h, with autonomy of being in flight up to 10 hours, which is quite rational.
