Screw convertible aircraft of this type could reach a speed of about 400 km / h.

Even more interesting are designed jet converted airplanes. The profile of the take-off, flight and landing of such an aircraft is shown. By increasing the thrust of jet engines, the pilot of such an aircraft takes off vertically. Then, using steering wheels or turning the engines, the device goes into horizontal flight, in which the lift force is created by the wings. Before landing, the pilot puts the device back into a vertical position and, gradually reducing the thrust of the engines under the action of gravity, makes landing.

There is no doubt that after the development of the helicopter, even in parallel with them: will develop and converted aircraft.
