Investigating the repair protocols of the blade, they paid attention to the technician who last performed the work. It was a young man who worked in the repair shop propellers. Investigators found out how the screw passed the test.

The blades of the propeller are hollow. To balance the inside lay the load, and then cover the cavity with a stopper soaked in chlorine. It was chlorine that caused the corrosion of metal.
