Admiral of the US Navy John Richardson urged the US Department of Defense to move from a policy of containing Russia and China to an active offensive. According to Richardson, this is necessary in order to avoid a further build-up of power by these countries, and to exclude further "Aggressive seizure of land, seas and power."

In the opinion of the American admiral in charge of the naval operations of the US Navy, Washington should take such a step before it is too late, since actively developing weapons in these countries can create a whole range of problems for the US national interests and security.

It should be clarified that such a statement by the admiral of the US Navy is provocative, and, quite possibly, impracticable, since neither Russia nor China will allow the appearance of the American military near its borders, let alone any provocations by Washington.

Earlier, Russia and China reported on the adoption of modern means of combat against any air and sea targets, in this connection, the statement from the US admiral can be successfully called a fiction and an attempt to demonstrate non-existent muscles.
