Abakan Airport equip the new lighting equipment, which will take the aircraft even in low visibility conditions.

At the moment, the airport management is negotiating with the contracting organization, and, apparently, already in June this year, the airport will be able to work with the new visual alert system.

Previously it was assumed that the OVI-I light signaling equipment would be installed, but so far it has been possible to prove the expediency of using a more modern light signal system, OVI-II.

The cost of ongoing work on the re-equipment of the aerodrome equipment remains unknown, but according to some assumptions, part of the funds will be allocated directly from the state budget.
