New record for passenger traffic has established an international airport Sochi.

The record figure of 20 thousand 329 people was set in just one day, and, as Avia.pro specialists clarify, 151 flights were made in a day. On June 27, the airport handled 9954 passengers on arrival and 10375 passengers on departure, and at peak times the airport served up to 2 thousand passengers an hour.

Representatives of the airport specify that a record number of passengers served is associated not only with the height of the summer vacation season, but also with the ever growing number of airlines working with this air hub.
