Concern «Airbus» presented the first jet printed on 3D-printer.

In the framework of the International Aerospace Exhibition held in Germany, the French aircraft manufacturer Airbus presented a mini-aircraft printed using the 3D technology that successfully passed flight tests. According to experts, the creation of a miniature copy of the aircraft suggests that the creation of large-sized airliners is also quite possible, and it is quite likely that this will be demonstrated in the near future.

Needless aircraft is comprised almost entirely of nylon - the only exception is the electronics used to control the aircraft, and, when the amount in 4 meters, the plane weighs only 21 kg.
