An American military plane came under attack from militants.

As follows from the information provided by the US military, the C-130 military transport aircraft, while dropping cargo for the US military, was unexpectedly attacked by Afghan militants. At least one shot from an RPG was fired at the aircraft, while the projectile flew several tens of meters from the aircraft.

“The US Air Force told the details of the firing of S-130 aircraft by militants in Afghanistan. According to the military, the aircraft was hit by an RPG during the discharge of cargo for military personnel at one of the advanced bases in the region. Air cover was provided by the MQ-9 Reaper strike UAV. A missile passed an airplane "- reports "Telegram" community "Military observer."

On the presented video frames you can see directly the moment of the liquidation of the Afghan militants using an unmanned aerial vehicle, however, experts pay attention to the fact that the terrorists are relatively close to the positions of the US military. It clearly indicates that the militants possess information about the delivery of US military cargo and know the current situation in the region.

Experts, in turn, doubted that the militants used RPGs, since the range of hitting targets in the latter is very limited, and therefore, it may well be about the use of MANPADS.
