As writes the publication Popular Mechanics, employees of American airfields "christened" this method of "Start-Start". It is used in the case when the aircraft urgently needs to take off. For example, it may be a combat alarm. Due to such a launch, it takes only 10 minutes to prepare for departure, rather than an entire hour, as during a normal launch.
