MH370 plane crash: Boeing is being sued

Families of those killed in the crash of MH370 flight are suing the American aircraft manufacturer.

According to the Malaysian media, families and relatives of the Boeing 777 crash victims, intend to sue the US aircraft manufacturer Boeing. The main reason for this was the fact that the aircraft construction company did not envisage the possibility of finding a passenger aircraft during its collapse, and it is assumed that the total amount of compensation may amount to several tens of millions of dollars.

Collective legal action is directed from 60 plaintiffs, and in the near future, the court will consider this case, taking a decision on the basis of the facts presented, while representatives of Boeing do not comment on the situation.

It should be clarified that the passenger airliner Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines operated a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, however, on March 8, 2014, it disappeared without a trace and has not yet been found.
