The Colombian air carrier interrupted communication with Venezuela due to dangerous air force maneuvers.

The main reason why the largest airline in Colombia, in particular, Avianca, interrupted flights to Venezuela, is the incident with Venezuelan Air Force fighters, which made several dangerous maneuvers near the passenger liner. As the representatives of the airline emphasized, the military command of Venezuela did not apologize for the actions of its pilots, and therefore, in the near future, flights to this country are not planned due to the possibility of a repetition of such a situation posing a threat to civil aviation.

It should be clarified that a few days ago, a similar incident occurred in Ukraine, which, by threats of sending military fighters, forced the plane of the Belarusian airline to return to the Kiev airport.
