As reported by the portal Avia.pro in the department, the main reason for the refusal was the problem of possible unfair competition of the airline "Taimyr" in case of acquisition of shares "Nordavia". It is assumed that in such a situation the merger of the two companies and the Norilsk airport will create a favorable environment for the monopolization of air transportation, which can not be tolerated.

Experts do not rule out that in the future, the management of the airline "Taimyr" may get permission to buy shares of "Nordavia", but this will most likely not happen this year.
