In November 2013, 80 tourists from Chelyabinsk (Russia) returned home on a Kogalymavia flight without their luggage. Employees of the company said that they forgot to load their belongings on the plane, and they stayed at the Sharm el-Sheikh airport. All things were returned to passengers only a week later.

Excited tourists sought help from the prosecutor's office. Staff found that the reason for which was not brought luggage - a large fuel consumption of the aircraft. On the day of the departure from Egypt, a strong wind blew and the ship had to fill the considerable amount of fuel. As a result of the pilot, without warning the passengers, left the entire cargo at the airport of departure.

By all rules, in this situation, the pilot was obliged to warn passengers about this decision even before departure.

The prosecutor's office has already considered this issue, administrative proceedings instituted. Airlines face fines ranging from 5 10 thousand rubles up.
