Airlines are concerned about fuel quality control.

Plenipotentiary representatives of Air Transport Operators Association appealed to the Government of the Russian Federation to clarify the legal aspects of the refueling aircraft jet fuel. This is due primarily to the potential risks that the aircraft can be tucked poor-quality fuel, which in turn threatens the safety of flights.
