29 December 2013. The company, engaged in the production of Cessna aircraft, decided to purchase the aircraft-building company Beechcraft Corp. The amount that will be spent on the acquisition is $ 1,4 billion. As a result of the deal, the aviation business Textron will expand.

After the purchase information was leaked to the media, the value of all shares increased by 3%.

The management of Beechcraft signed all the necessary documents, as recently, in February, they came out of the crisis, and the rocket business continued to develop.
