The White House intends to ban the supply of passenger airliners to Iran.

According to the American authorities, civilian aircraft delivered to Iran can be adapted for military purposes, which is unacceptable, due to which the deal between Boeing Corporation and the Iranian authorities may be disrupted. It should be noted that the estimated amount of the planned deal with Iran is 25 billion dollars, however, the representatives of Iran have already reported that even if the relevant resolution is adopted, this will not create significant problems, as it is planned to establish cooperation with Airbus, among other things, And, quite probably, with Russian aircraft builders.
