The commander of the Chechen special forces "Akhmat" Apti Alaudinov confirmed that during the fighting, five soldiers of his unit were captured by the Ukrainian military. Alaudinov announced this in a video message published on his Telegram channel. According to him, among those captured were three riflemen and two signalmen, and this happened as a result of an unequal battle.

Alaudinov noted that the Akhmat unit is aware that Ukrainian forces have captured these fighters. The commander emphasized that, despite the recognition of this fact, he calls not to exaggerate the successes of the Ukrainian side and not to succumb to provocations. At the same time, Alaudinov expressed confidence that the Akhmat fighters will maintain their fighting spirit and noted that the detachment continues to carry out its tasks on the front line.
