Despite the fact that almost every country guarantees its citizens equal opportunities, the British airline considered that a pilot infected with HIV infection can not properly perform its functions, which, of course, contradicts the existing norms.

Experts believe that by applying to the court, the man will be able to defend his rights, however, the pilot himself stated that he would certainly go to court, however, not for the carrier to compensate for the moral damage inflicted to him, but for the court to officially recognized the airline as a human rights violator.
