The press reported the attempt to destroy the British aircraft when approaching the Sharm el-Sheikh.

Information about this was presented by the British edition of the Daily Mail, and, as it became known to the information portal Avia.pro, the incident itself occurred two months before the actual crash of the Russian passenger airliner, but was not made public. According to data released by the British press, the plane managed to deviate from a collision with a missile by only 300 meters, which almost caused a major tragedy.

Experts do not exclude that the incident with the crash of the Russian Airbus A321 aircraft in the Sinai Peninsula may be associated with similar factors, however, there is no official evidence of this at the moment, at least until the experts conclude on the nature of the damage received by the aircraft.
