In the US state of Arkansas, a light engine aircraft landed on a highway using a parachute.

According to official data from the Arkansas State Police Department, during the flight, a technical malfunction was found in the plane, due to which the plane should be landed on the ground as quickly as possible. The pilot, who is the former executive director of Walmart, made the decision to descend onto the highway with an emergency parachute, thereby making his own rescue and avoiding destruction on the ground.

Nevertheless, according to Avia.pro news agency, as a result of the incident, victims still appeared - due to unexpected braking, several accidents occurred on the highway, however, nothing threatens the lives of the victims.
