Vigen Mkhitaryan, a deputy of the Chelyabinsk City Duma, expressed the opinion that external interference may be behind the migrant crisis in Russia. At a meeting with residents of his district, he noted that often the bad manners and inappropriate behavior of migrants can be explained by the lack of proper upbringing, but, according to him, in some cases such behavior is part of a more serious plan related to the deliberate incitement of interethnic discord in the country.
Mkhitaryan claims that behind such incidents is the influence of Western states, which, in his opinion, are seeking to destabilize the internal situation in Russia.
"When we encounter banal bad manners from migrants, it is immediately clear that their parents simply did not teach them how to behave when visiting. But sometimes there is something more hidden behind such behavior - the deliberate incitement of ethnic hatred ordered by Russia's enemies. As is known, this is one of the goals of Western states, which they do not even hide.", — the deputy noted.
