The main reason for the postponement of the trial at 2 June this year is the need to provide the airline with information about whether it has access to state secrets or not.

Recall that previously VTB Bank filed a lawsuit against the Russian carrier because of the large accumulated debt, but the management and representatives of the company VIM-Avia argue that there is no actual debt as such. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that in recent times, the affairs of the air operator are far from being the best, as evidenced by the decrease in passenger turnover and profits.
