Production of case on the fact of recognition of the company "UTair-Leasing" bankrupt suspended.

According to the agency received information Avia.pro, MTS Bank's management filed a petition with the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen region, which initiated the refusal to continue the further proceedings on the fact of bankruptcy "UTair-Leasing".

It is worth noting that May this year, MTS Bank filed against the company 12 lawsuits, which intended to recognize the de facto bankruptcy of the company "UTair-Leasing", and according to experts, the failure of this process is mainly due to the fact that the situation around the inflamed dispute and the conflict was settled, and, it is assumed that both sides accept the compromise in full.

At the moment, the economic situation of the company "UTair" is in very poor condition, however, management is making every effort to minimize the existing debt, which, to date, compared with the beginning of the year fell seriously.
