Germany intends to increase military assistance to Ukraine from 3 billion euros to 15 billion euros.

The sharp increase in military aid implies the supply of additional weapons to Ukraine. However, given Berlin's earlier statements that the Bundeswehr had almost completely exhausted its reserves, now it raises a number of questions about what kind of weapons, military equipment and ammunition Ukraine can receive.

According to preliminary data, the increase in military assistance to Ukraine from 3 billion euros to 15 billion euros is caused by Germany's intentions to provide Ukraine with its modern air defense systems, which have already been successfully tested on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, given the cost of one SkyShield complex, we can talk about the supply of several dozen such air defense systems. Nevertheless, it is more than obvious that the situation will not be limited to the supply of only these weapons.

The German publication Der Spiegel does not provide information on what kind of weapons Germany intends to increase its supply to Ukraine, however, a sharp increase in military aid will mean a serious escalation.
