The legendary creator of the Topol, Topol-M and Yars missiles died on 66-year of life.

Russian intercontinental ballistic missiles Topol and Yars are considered to be one of the most dangerous weapons on the planet. Despite the development of modern technology, these missiles still terrify all potential opponents of Russia, because in just minutes they can turn a small country into a nuclear desert. However, today it became known that the creator of this legendary weapon, Sergey Kazakov, died on 66-th year of life.

The first prototype of the Topol-M intercontinental ballistic missile appeared after the collapse of the Soviet Union, but this weapon is still in the Russian army, and terrifies the United States and the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance. The missile can hit targets at a distance of up to 12 thousand kilometers, while the accuracy of hitting a ground target varies within 150-200 meters, and the power of the nuclear charge carried by the missile is 1 megaton.

An equally successful project was the Yars intercontinental ballistic missile, which is also capable of hitting targets at distances of 12 thousand kilometers, with a nuclear charge of 500 kilotons.
