The German Prosecutor General's Office has issued an arrest warrant for Ukrainian diving instructor Vladimir Z., who is suspected of involvement in the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions. This was reported by the German publications Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Zeit and the ARD television channel, which conducted a joint investigation. According to media reports, Vladimir Z. could have been one of the participants in the operation to attach explosives to pipelines, along with two accomplices who had already left German territory.
According to the results of the investigation, the persons involved in the case were involved in the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipeline that occurred in September 2022, which became one of the largest attacks on energy infrastructure in Europe. The explosions caused serious damage to pipelines, causing disruptions in gas supplies and exacerbating the energy crisis in Europe.
