The State Duma passed a bill allowing airlines not to sell tickets for flights to airbuses.

The new bill will have to minimize the number of cases of hooliganism in air transport, since in fact, domestic air carriers can be denied passengers caught in illegal actions in buying tickets. Experts did not doubt that such a bill would be adopted, however, experts argue that it needs to be carefully worked out in order to exclude the violation of the rights of decent citizens.

Experts do not rule out that the new rules can begin to operate already from the beginning of the year 2018, and will reduce the number of cases of debauches in air transport.
