Civil servants are obliged to use the services of domestic airlines.

According to the decree of President of the Russian Federation, government officials sent on mission or in its immediate duties, are required to use only the services domestic air carriers or airlines of member countries of the EEC.

The exception to this rule is only the situation where the domestic airlines for some reason did not make the required air route passenger traffic, or in cases where, for whatever reasons, the current cheap flights available.

Information portal Avia.pro notes that thanks to this kind of action would not only greatly save the state budget, but actually increase the importance of domestic carriers.
