The Saudi Air Force fighter was shot down near the Yemeni border.

According to the data available to the current hour, on Thursday the Tornado fighter, which was in service with the Saudi Arabian Air Force, was shot down by the Khusit formations. According to some reports, the fighter carried out aerial strikes against Yemen, but was fired by ground-based anti-aircraft systems, which crashed in the province of Asir (south-west of Saudi Arabia - ed.), But the crew on board managed to survive.

Nevertheless, according to the spokesman of the Arab coalition, the cause of the collapse of the Saudi Air Force fighter aircraft was not a firing from the husits, but a technical malfunction.

"The Tornado plane of the Saudi Arabian Air Force fell on Thursday in the region of Asher. A preliminary version of the crash is a technical malfunction. The pilots stayed alive ", - said in an official message.

Experts in turn strongly doubt the arguments presented by Saudi Arabia, the main reason for this is the fact that such an incident is far from the only one, besides, the hussites claimed about the downed Tornado fighter much earlier than this information was presented by the military from the Saudi Arabia.

It should be clarified that despite the ongoing campaign of the Arab coalition, it is still not possible to succeed in Yemen, moreover, the hussites are actively bombarding Saudi Arabia with missiles, which creates a great threat to ordinary citizens.
