In this regard, the government passed a bill, according to which foreign nationals may be employed in civil aviation. However, there is one caveat. Crew commander will be appointed (to state) government alone.

During the discussion of the bill, MPs have raised a variety of issues. They expressed their concerns. In particular, many argue that the bill would open access to positions of unqualified western pilots. In addition, there are concerns that in this industry can be implemented scouts foreign countries. But the law did take.

This is not surprising. Now the country is noticeable shortage of these professionals.
