Source: Belarus will not buy Russian MiG-35

Belarus does not intend to buy Russian MiG-35 fighters.

Against the background of media reports that Belarus could become one of the buyers of Russian MiG-35 fighters, it became known that official Minsk has no plans to buy Russian combat aircraft.

The source of the Avia.pro resource reports that today Belarus does not show any interest in the Russian fighters of the 4 ++ MiG-35 generation, moreover, this is due primarily to the fact that in the near future the Russian fighter Su will appear in the arsenal of the country -30СМ, as well as the relatively high cost of combat MiG-35.

“No, the purchase of the MiG-35 is not currently provided”, - the source said.

It should be clarified that it was previously assumed that China, India and Turkey could also become buyers of Russian MiG-35 fighters, however, among these countries, only India showed a nominal interest in Russian combat aircraft, but so far there has been no talk of concluding a contract, since in India they fear that serious problems may subsequently arise with the maintenance and repair of these combat aircraft.
