October 8 State Duma deputy made a scandal on board the aircraft, which was heading from St. Petersburg to Moscow.

Andrei Isayev, began to shout to the entire interior and waving at all the face of the deputy certificate. He demanded to transplant his assistant from economy class to business class.

The aircraft commander decided to remove Alexander Poglazov (deputy's assistant) from the flight. The Aeroflot crew said that Poglazov was suspended from the flight for violating the rules of conduct, he was in a state of intoxication.

As a result, the police fined an assistant deputy for 100 rubles for being on the plane in a drunken state. The flight was delayed for 1,5 hours.
