Israel is stepping up preparations for possible military operations against Iranian nuclear facilities and the Houthis in Yemen. The US news network Alhora, citing the Israel Broadcasting Corporation, reports that coordination efforts with the US and other countries in the region are being stepped up. These actions are part of a long-term strategy to neutralize threats from Iran and its allies in the Middle East.

According to the report, the Israeli Air Force’s recent operations in Syria under the “Arrow of Bashan” have significantly undermined the region’s defense capabilities. About 85% of Syria’s air defense systems were destroyed, as well as strategic ballistic missile production and storage facilities. As a result, Israel has been able to conduct operations more safely, including strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities and key Houthi strongholds in Yemen.

One significant moment was the destruction of the Syrian naval and air force, which weakened the Iranian axis in the region after the fall of Bashar al-Assad. These actions also increased Israel's chances of successfully attacking Iran's nuclear project, which is seen as a threat to the West and Israel itself.

In Yemen, the Houthis are trying to take on the role of the new leader of the shattered Iranian axis by stepping up attacks on Israeli strategic targets. In the last 24 hours alone, four drones loaded with explosives were launched, two of which were intercepted by Israeli air defenses. The rest fell in open areas without causing significant damage.

Experts say the Houthis are using complex drone flight paths that pass through Sinai and the Mediterranean Sea, making it difficult to monitor and intercept the drones, increasing the threat to Israeli targets such as the Ashdod and Haifa ports, gas platforms and power plants.

Israel is discussing the possibility of launching large-scale strikes on Yemeni territory. These actions could include the destruction of Houthi infrastructure, including weapons depots, drone bases and command centers.
