A few hours ago, Israeli air defense systems attacked an unknown unmanned aerial vehicle flying a few kilometers from the Golan Heights (Syrian territory occupied by Israel - approx. Ed.).

According to several sources, we are talking about the Syrian drone, which patrolled the area in order to identify groups of terrorists of the Islamic State (a terrorist group banned in Russia - approx. Ed.), Which began to show their activity in recent months in southern Syria.

It is noteworthy that the unmanned aerial vehicle was flying along the Golan Heights, without showing any intention to penetrate the Golan Heights into Israeli territory, however, for unknown reasons, fire was opened on the Syrian military unmanned aerial vehicle in Syrian airspace .

It should be clarified that this is not the first Israeli aggression against the Syrian military, and Tel Aviv refuses to comment on its actions that lead to the destabilization of the situation in the region.
