The pilot of the airline, "Air Canada", landed in San Francisco despite the prohibition of the dispatcher.

The US Civil Aviation Administration has already protested Canadian airline Air Canada for the fact that the pilot of the passenger airliner Airbus A320, who was flying from Montreal, despite the dispatcher's ban, proceeded to the landing procedure. According to preliminary data, the ban on boarding was issued by the dispatcher due to the presence of another aircraft on the runway, however, tragic consequences were avoided.

Subsequently, we managed to find out that the crew of the passenger liner was experiencing problems with communication, and therefore the dispatcher’s instructions were ignored.

At the moment, an investigation is being carried out on the fact of the incident, while the airline can expect a large fine.
