The news has raised serious concerns in Seoul and the international community, given the growing tensions surrounding North Korea's nuclear programs.

According to the South Korean military, reconnaissance satellites have detected active movement and construction at a shipyard in the DPRK, which may indicate the beginning of the development of a new type of submarine. It is believed that this is the development of a submarine with a nuclear power plant, which could be a significant step for North Korea in strengthening its naval capabilities.

At the moment, there has been no official confirmation from the DPRK, however, according to sources, the analysis of the collected data indicates a high probability of the creation of a new strategic facility.
