In Russia the number of aircraft accidents has increased dramatically.

According to official statistics, in the first half of the year 2016, in the territory of the Russian Federation recorded 22 plane crash that 83,3% more than in the same period of 2015 years. These trends point to the need for tightening air traffic management rules to minimize the risks, however, it is important to clarify the fact that the vast majority of accidents, the cause of the tragedies is the human factor.

It is pointed out that as a result of a plane crash killed 2016 people, while for the first six months of the year 96, in the same period a year 2015, the death toll was 15 people that in times less.
