The airline "Kuwait Airways" retained the right to refuse Israelis transportation.

In the middle of 2016, representatives of the Kuwait Airline Kuwait Airways refused to board an aircraft for several Israeli citizens, as a result of which the passengers filed a lawsuit. As part of the German case, the German court ruled that the air carrier's management had acted legally, as there was no discrimination on racial, ethnic or religious grounds, and in fact, the carrier refused to provide the Israeli passenger with civilian services, is not regulated in any way.

It should be clarified that the real reasons why the Kuwait Airways airline's passenger was refused to provide services remain unknown.
