The Ministry of Defense filed a lawsuit against Sukhoi.

As follows from the materials submitted by the Arbitration Court of Moscow, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation intends to claim an amount of 5 billion 370 million rubles from PJSC "Aviation Holding Company Sukhoi". The details of the action itself are still unknown, however, it is obvious that the trial was initiated after attempts to voluntarily reach an agreement.

At the moment, experts do not undertake to comment on the circumstances under which the Ministry of Defense sued Sukhoi, however, it is expected that more detailed information on this matter will appear in the near future and will provide an opportunity to explain the reason for the dispute.
