The Russian strategic missile X-101 was first shown up close.

The Russian strategic air-to-surface cruise missile, used by Tu-95 and Tu-160 missile-carrying bombers, has already been repeatedly used to strike the enemy. Nevertheless, the Russian missile was first demonstrated from a distance of several meters by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation only now, which allows one to be convinced of the formidability of this weapon, as well as a number of characteristics, including low radar signature, as evidenced by the shape of the missile.

The nuclear version of the Kh-102 missile has a warhead, the power of which, according to unspecified data, can vary from 250 to 1000 kilotons, which makes this missile a formidable weapon, and taking into account the fact that the maximum target range for this missile is 5500 kilometers, in fact, Russian strategic bombers armed with such missiles can strike at almost any corner of the planet.

The X-101 strategic missile was developed in the 2013 year, and over the years 5 has found rather wide application, in particular, with the help of this weapon the following blows were delivered:

• 17 November 2015 - 16 was hit by X-101 rockets against terrorists in Syria;
• 19 November 2015 - 16 was hit by X-101 rockets against terrorists in Syria;
• 20 November 2015 - 16 was hit by X-101 rockets against terrorists in Syria;
• 17 November 2016 - 8 was hit by X-101 rockets against terrorists in Syria;
• 5 July 2017 - 4 X-101 missiles hit on terrorists in Syria;
• 26 August 2017 - 4 X-101 missiles hit on terrorists in Syria.
