The Syrian military announced that an Israeli plane was destroyed in the country.

Information that the Syrian military destroyed an Israeli military aircraft appeared the day before, however, they received denials from the command of the Israeli Air Force, although in reality, Israel's allies refused to deny and confirm this information, in connection with which there is an assumption that this fact actually took place.

Representatives of the Syrian Ministry of Defense said in turn that the Israeli plane was shot down due to an illegal invasion of the country, however, any official evidence in this case was also not provided.
