In the capital's airport Domodedovo immediately two passenger airliners were damaged by lightning strikes.

As explained to the information resource Avia.pro employees of the Moscow airport, the incident occurred with aircraft preparing to go into the landing - originally the lightning struck an airliner Airbus A320 from Uzbekistan, and after the incident, lightning struck and Boeing 737flying from St. Petersburg.

As a result of the incident, none of the people was hurt, however, the aircraft were unable for technical reasons to proceed with the departure, as they were sent for repairs.
