In Ukraine, they announced the formation of companies of combat drones.

The Ukrainian authorities announced the creation of three companies of unmanned aerial vehicles that are ready for combat. The companies include both reconnaissance and attack drones, as well as pickup trucks for delivering cargo and evacuating the wounded.

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said that all drones in the companies are made in Ukraine, and the equipment for them was purchased with private donations. Previously, a coordination headquarters was created to implement the project, and the military has already been selected to lead the strike companies.

It is reported that unmanned aerial vehicles will be used to carry out reconnaissance and strike missions, as well as targeting artillery. It is not specified exactly how many drones the Armed Forces of Ukraine have, however, we can talk about hundreds of UAVs.
